Gerry is the former CEO of Celsius Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CELH) a leading fitness drink company. He expanded sales internationally in Singapore, Hong Kong, Brazil, Finland, and the Middle East and manufacturing in Germany, China, and the United States. This is an offering of Class C units, under registration exemption 4(a)(6), in Adaptive Holdings, LLC, doing business as Protein Quick. This offering must raise at least $10,000 by February 28, 2022 at 10:59pm ET. If this offering doesn’t reach its target, then your money will be refunded. Protein Quick may issue additional securities to raise up to $1,070,000, the offering’s maximum.
