No one wants mosquitoes ruining their outdoor activities, and no one likes the chemical smell of insect repellent. Competitive Landscape

Our most prevalent competition comes from traditional, non-natural, and DEET containing brands with previous consumer engagement and a history of retail sales. While these brands are currently more recognizable to the average consumer, our superior results in both field and lab tests paired with increasing exposure through social media/digital marketing strategies, targeted B2B initiatives with commercial operators, and our exciting progress with interested manufacturers facilitates the opportunity to capitalize on market demand for a highly effective all-natural insect repellent.

In yard sprays and home protection, most products contain a combination of PErmethrin, Pyrethrins and PBOs. This combination of chemicals kills fish and is a carcinogen. Even so, these products have been in use for so long that mosquitoes and other insects have become resistant to them. Our repellents are based on irritation and agitation of 5 different receptors on the mosquito antennae. It would take decades for resistance to be built up on our products.

Other popular choices in killing mosquitoes, at least from the professional standpoint, are neonicotinoids. These chemicals are known to kill bees and disrupt pollinators. And, the CDC director, Tom Frieden, stated that the “pesticides are not working as well as we hoped.”

Steve Moore

Steve Moore has been deeply involved in the mosquito and fly business since 2001. His passion is evident in that he has pursued more effective and less costly solutions for almost two decades. It may be surprising to know that his background is not in entomology, engineering or chemistry! Moore graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1982 with a bachelor of arts degree. His plan was to be in network news or sports. However, he got sidetracked into advertising and marketing shortly after graduation and continued to hone his sales skills until the mid-1990s. The dot-com boom lured Moore in but after a few years he got tired of the lack of stability, so he began his own service business. Along with the service business, he was introduced to mosquito misting by one of his clients. At the time, there were no misting businesses in DFW so Moore started the first: Mosquito Control Systems, LLC.

Moore has performed thousands of field trials to validate his products and test the efficacy of others. He has had more than 1000 mosquito bites in one night and, because of his testing, came down with the symptoms of West Nile Virus in the Summer of 2008. He is the authority on reducing the population of mosquitoes without harming the planet and its people. He serves as a volunteer for The 24 Hour Club and other recovery-related organizations throughout the toughest parts of Dallas.

    Hi Folks. It is done. We have sold our formulations to a large, old, family-owned chemical company. They are in about 20,000 retail doors already so we have given them the ability to add up to 40 new SKUs in their existing outlets. Plus, they will also be handling Ecommerce and TV Sales. For now, I will be working with them on the commercial side. What they give us in the Pest Control and Landscape markets is credibility so we can get results from our marketing. They will be taking a 2% royalty on commercial sales for now. However, in a few years they will be ready to build a team and take over commercial. We will re-negotiate their stake on the commercial side. For this, they are giving us 17% of retail sales for 6 years. I prefer that over a long drawn out 1-2% royalty for a longer period. Eventually, we will negotiate the commercial side and will benefit more graciously from that. Stay tuned. I will report after the first of the year.

    Hi Folks- Things are moving slower than I hoped for but this is a large company we are dealing with and they have lots of people on their teams. I am happy to announce, however, that we have a signed letter of intent. The closing date has been moved to October 31. But things are evolving and changing and these guys are seeing endless possibilities. I cannot share details at this time but I will ASAP.

    Thank you so much for all your continued support. We wanted to share with you that we are negotiating a buyout! We were talking to a large company (I cannot say who at this time) about licensing our formulations. They decided they wanted it all so they have offered a pretty generous buyout. We are negotiating some details and should have a Letter of Intent pretty soon. Stay tuned!

    PART TWO!!! G. We met and are following up with Lawn and Garden Buyer at Walmart H. Petratools- These guys do only online sales and annual revenue is about $10 million. They believe they can help us on manufacturing and on our ecommerce. I. Also met lots of influencers and TV Shopping folks.

    -We have been approved and have onboarded with Tractor Supply online. If we can drive sales to the ecommerce site then we can get in the stores. 25+ SKUs. We will be visible soon! -For Walmart onboarding, sprayer development and marketing, we will need to raise some cash. We currently have 30,000 shares outstanding and, despite all of the new opportunities, will keep our $2 per share price.

    We need to make molds. We need to onboard with whomever these reps sign us up with; namely Walmart.

    So many good things. We are in the best position ever! Stay tuned!

    Hi folks- Part 1- A lot of very positive stuff...

    Hi folks- Part 1- A lot of very positive stuff going on here and I wanted to share it with you. We just did the National Hardware Show last week. We were invited because of our sprayers. It was probably the best move this company ever made. A lot of very positive things came from the show as you can see below: A. EMS (Equity SM)- Has multiple $billion brands and works very closely with Walmart. Loves us. B. NCH- National Chemsearch meeting with me February 16. C. Orkin pest control guy in California testing our products for corporate. D. Central Garden and Pet distributor invited us to their show in August but can promote this Spring E. BFG Supply wants to distribute us nationally. These guys are growing fast. F. Gro Group- a network of 11 Distributors that sell premium products. Meeting February 21.

    Part 2 coming. Lots to report…it was a great show!

    Hey folks- Sorry I have been away for a while....

    Hey folks- Sorry I have been away for a while. We had a record year last year! And, we just had a record March! I expect we will break the record again this year. We hope to get to a $million!

    Here is all that is going on: A: I have personally invested $43,000 to help us move forward so far this season. B. We hired a manufacturer’s rep that has 40 years experience. They are a big firm out of Naples Florida called GMC Consulting. C. We hired a manufacturer’s rep who was retired to help us prepare paperwork for the Big Box retailers. D. We hired a marketing company called Scorpion to help us open the doors to commercial operators like Orkin and Trugreen.

    So, we are starting off the season well and have huge expectations. I will be back soon with more news!

    Hi Folks- Great news to report at the end of the busiest week of the year for us! A. We are on pace to break record sales this yes=ar! B. We finally signed a large account we have worked on for three years or more! They placed a very large five figure order with us and we expect huge numbers from them the rest of this year and even more next! C. We are having trouble keeping up with the demand on our sprayers! They are very popular and, after working the kinks out, are moving fast! We have even started to work on the design for the next upgrade model! D. We are going to be back on Amazon soon. We have not had the time to cultivate and babysit Amazon. We are signing with a guy that will get a small % to list and push our products out there! E. We are testing in two 7-11 Stores in town. We expect this will get us in Corporate by next season! F. We have designed a new repeellent for areas like Uganda where they need something longer lasting and without IPA so it can ship safely. We are meeting this week to discuss partnerships and manufacturing on their continent. G. We have a new distributor in Texas! This group focuses on areas of Texas we are not strong. The initial order is coming eaerly next week and will be larger than our annual order size from our current distributor. The new distributor will carry 5 or more products where our current one only does 2. H. We are partnering with a company that will help us get in more pest control companies on the commercial side! H. We have a huge retailer in Louisiana that placed the largest retail startup order we have had. They will be pushing our stuff all over Louisiana and help us get recognition throughout the Lousiana, Arkansas and East Texas areas!

    Now you see why I have not been able to post updates for a while!!! Rock and ROLL!!!!

    Hi Folks! Bust time of year for us. We are signing up new retailers and commercial applicators’ as well. Sprayers should be available by May 15. This will change everything. It has taken much more work to prepare to launch this sprayer but we believe it will pay for for many years. Gonna be a great year!

    Hi Folks- This is a very busy time of the year...

    Hi Folks- This is a very busy time of the year so I will be brief. We are selling displays to almost every retailer and lawn equipment company we see. I could not have asked or better results! AND EVERYONE wants to carry the new entry level sprayers!! This is going to be a great year! Here is a photo of our full display in Midlothian Texas Higginbotham Brothers! We picked up two more purchase orders on our road trip to install another full display. That is $1200 worth of product on that display!

    Hi Folks! So much going on!!! Our new web site is live now so please check it out!!! We have built our prototype sprayer-entry level- should be around $349. We have already got pest control guys reserving as many as 10 at a time! 6 gallon tank, remote control, covers 1/4 acre or most back yards!!! Working with a great group at Oasis to develop this sprayer! I think we can sell $1000 our first year!

    Also- in two weeks, we will be delivering and setting up our first FULL DISPLAY at Higginbotham Brothers in Colorado City Texas! I bet they buy a sprayer or two while we are there!!!

    LOTS going on as we open doors across the country from Chicago to Florida! Stay tuned!!!

    In the next two weeks we will be meeting with...

    In the next two weeks we will be meeting with Higginbotham Brothers to discuss which products they will carry! They are a 40 Store Chain! We are also talking to Buc-cees, Nelson Wholesale and other distributors. We believe we will be in 200+ new stores for 2021! That is a 1000% more than we are in now! In addition, we have now got 4 lawnmower service companies that will be selling our commercial products next season. That could bring in 50 or more new service providers which would be a 1000% improvement! Our new displays are getting buyers excited and so we will have several new displays soon!

    We are also in front of buyers at Dollar General (17,000 stores) and will be in front of 7000 additional buyers with our complete product line in the next 30 days through an online portal called Rangeme, which has really taken off since the prevalence of COVID 19!
