Well Water Finders Named Semi-Finalist for 2024 Pepperdine Most Fundable Companies List! Andrew and I are thrilled to share with you that right before the holiday, we were notified that Well Water Finders is one of less than 100 companies across the nation securing a spot in the third round of this prestigious competition. It’s great to see that groundwater location is getting noticed by the investor community and we appreciate you being an early shareholder. We’ll keep you posted on the Finals!

Seeing Deeper Water Sources!

Hi guys - wanted to let you know that the WWF test runs are progressing nicely. Last week we were calibrating the deep view of our system and had great results tracking the new Maverick Basin Aquifer across three towns in Texas (see image below). Why does this matter? Due to the expense of drilling, most of this aquifer is going to be out of reach but it is important to be able to see this deep to monitor the health of the watershed.

We’re still meeting with potential manufacturers - answering their questions, visiting the labs, etc. And during this, we’ve been accepted as a new portfolio company of Capital Factory in Austin! We were introduced last week to their ecosystem and are immersed in an extensive mentor network, tech workshops & meetings with potential investors. Guys - we are moving closer and closer to our goal of improving quality of life through availability of water. Thank you for being a member of our company and a part of our journey!

Well Water Finders Selected as Land-Tech Accelerator at National Land Conference

We’re in Louisville at the Realtors Land Institute’s National Land Conference and had the opportunity to present our groundwater technology solution on stage as one of their 2024 Land-Tech Accelerators! There have been some good questions and we wanted to share them with you and our answers:

How do I get my hands on one of these?

• The funds will be used to manufacture the initial units. They will be made available for sale and rent.

Will investors get first opportunity to get one of the units?

• Although we don’t have a specific program that allocates units solely to investors, we will be announcing the availability of units first through shareholder communications.

Have you considered franchising?

• For us to make a significant impact on water scarcity, we had to choose a business model that is rapidly scalable. Initially, we’re going to focus on direct sales with renewable software licensing.
