You can continue your existing fundraising
While it’s in everyone’s interests to have all your investors on the same platform, in many cases, you can continue your existing fundraising activities. We charge a 4.9% success fee on the total amount collected for your offering. That includes:

Almost everything your company needs to conduct an offering is included. If you're raising more than $100,000, you will probably need a review by an independent accountant, and if you are raising more than $1,000,000, you may need a review by an attorney. We can refer you to both and discuss how it works.
